Our Chef
Our head chef, Maria, has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. She trained in some of the world's finest restaurants before deciding to strike out on her own with madfoodie. Her passion for food is evident in every dish she creates, and she loves nothing more than seeing the joy on her customers' faces.
